Overview
An operations dashboard that pulls projects, priorities, tasks and finances into a single view — built to answer one question quickly: what needs my attention?
Why I built it
I was running several things at once and the important information was scattered across too many places. I wanted one screen that could tell me what is happening, what needs attention, what is blocked and what comes next.
What the dashboard brings together
Projects and project health, tasks and priorities, revenue, expenses, monthly trends and overall operational status — in one place, rather than six.
Information design
It started with a written specification and a phased build plan rather than an interface mock-up. The goal wasn't to fit every possible metric on screen; it was to work out which information actually changes what I do next.
Technical implementation
Built with Next.js, Supabase and Postgres. The build uses an entirely synthetic dataset — no real financial figures, accounts or private project information.
